Appointment Booking/ Rescheduling

Same week/weekend appointments will NOT be accepted. All appointments must be booked in advance. All appointments must be scheduled at the end of service NO ACCEPTIONS. If not rescheduled at your appointment, please use the booking app accordingly. Thank you so much!

Last Minute Cancellation

If you are looking to cancel your appointment, please cancel within at least a 72 hours notice. A 24 hour notice is also acceptable as well. Same day cancellations will NOT be accepted and you will be charged HALF your service. After 2 late cancellations, you will be blocked from booking an appointment for 30 days. If you have any questions/concerns do not hesitate to reach out.

Late/ No Show Policy

Each appointment will have a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled. If notification is given within the 15 minute grace period your appointment will still be accommodated but your original design may be changed due to less time for the nail appointment. Press On Nail Policy

All press on nails are 'made to order'. There are a few requirements regarding ordering a set of press on nails. 1.) Atleast 2 weeks are needed to ensure all press on nails are made efficiently. 2.) A $25 deposit is required for all press on nails. 3.) Photos of your nails with a coin (quarter preferably) are required to be sent before press on are started. 4.) Press on nails must be picked up. NO ACCEPTIONS. If you are using an inspo picture please be as specific as you can regarding what is wanted on your press ons and what is not wanted. Once the design is finalized there will be NO changes to your press on nails. (i.e: nail base color, rhinestones, types of charms, etc).
